Hey, I’m Andrea Panteli, the A.P in A.P Body Transformations.

Just like you, I’ve seen all the wild claims about six-pack abs and losing 3 dress sizes in 30 days, and I call bullshit. As an experienced (and truthful) personal trainer, I believe physical improvements are tiny steps that add up over time, and there’s more to being healthy than just how you look.
