The 15-minute, short, quick workouts that get the heart pumping are so easy to follow. I can do my workout while my baby sleeps which doesn't take away much of my 'ME TIME'. I used to train 5 days a week pre-baby, so getting back into it has made me feel more confident. Feels good to put myself first for a few moments.
I am generally unmotivated & have felt flat during this lockdown. The short sharp workouts are ideal for my hectic lifestyle. I love how I could pick my 2 rest days to suit my schedule. In 6 weeks, my body feels more toned & I have definitely made fitness progress as the workouts felt easier as the weeks passed by.
