Project 15U is an online H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) based fitness program accessible via a private membership portal.

The Workout Manual and Accountability Calendar contain full instructions on which workout to do and when to do them.

These downloadable PDFs are supported by pre-recorded videos showing the sequence of workout exercises and modifications in action.

To improve results and to encourage a sense of community, there is also a private Facebook group for all participants in this program.

How do I enrol in the program?

How do I access the program?

As soon as you’ve paid the course registration fee, you’ll be asked to register. Once your registration is complete, you can log into our private membership portal. All material will be available as soon as you register.

Do I get support and mentoring?

There is no direct live support on this program, although I do visit the private Facebook group from time to time. If you would like one-on-one mentoring, please get in touch.
