my unique ICE (Intense Cardio Experience) and FIRE (Focus Intensive Resistance Exercise) classes
where you’ll sweat, laugh and definitely become addicted to how good you feel.

Online Fitness Training

Project 15U is an online fitness training program that utilises fat-burning body weight exercises to
transform your body, mind and spirit.
This simple and powerful 6-week program includes:

 

  • 15 minute body weight sessions (do anywhere, any time)
  • modifications for all fitness levels
  • 7 workouts on rotation (5 days on, 2 days off)
  • accountability calendar
  • private Facebook group
